HOW DO I CONFIRM A BOOKING?
To confirm a booking, we take an immediate payment by bank transfer to NG villas rental and then a second payment by bank transfer direct to the owners account within 7 days of the confirmation. Once we have established the dates and you have agreed to the price, let Nadia know you want to confirm, and she will send you coordinates for the payments.
HOW DO I KNOW THE VILLAS ARE REAL AND AS DESCRIBED?
We only work with villas that we have verified personally, whether we provide the full service management or just promote the villa.
ALL of our villas are within no more than a 30 minute drive from our homes, we have visited them all and have direct personal relationships with all the owners.
We take all the photographs personally, and inspect all the villas in tremendous detail before we agree to manage or promote them.
That said, however, we understand that you are far away and careful, and have heard the horror stories...and we have proof of ownership documents for every
villa we manage. If you would like to see these, just ask and we will send by email.
DO YOU HAVE BABY EQUIPMENT? DOES IT COST EXTRA?
We provide baby cots and high chairs for every villa, free of charge. You need to book your baby equipment in advance, so we know to have it in the villa and prepared for your stay.
CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD INSTEAD OF BANK TRANSFER?
You can pay theNg villas rental service portion by credit card instead of bank transfer, with a 3% surcharge to cover the fees. As the rental portion is paid direct to the owner, and as individuals they do not have the facilities to receive credit card payments, this portion must be paid by bank transfer. If you really really must pay by credit card only, you can pay the entire amount to holiday garda, and we will pay the owner for the rental...however we must add 22% VAT as well as the 3% card service charge.
